Thank you for considering me to support you through this difficult time. My name is Beth and I am a Clinical Social Work Therapist also trained in psychology, mental health and counselling. I use ACT, CBT, EMDR and other therapies to support you in the best way possible to overcome your challenges. People see me for a variety of problems related to stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, mental and physical health issues, addictions, relationships, adjustments and general life challenges.
