Hi, I'm Aramis, a Clinical Psychologist born and bred on Auckland's North Shore. I'm a sporting fanatic, and have had the privilege of representing New Zealand in two sports. I've also won National Championships as both an athlete and coach. I work from a range of treatment approaches, mostly focused on eveidence-based treatments for anxiety- and stress-related difficulties. I am a member of the NZCCP, and provide CBT and ERP supervision.
