Anthony's therapeutic approach aims to empower the client to better manage their current struggles by focusing on their present strengths, resources, and values. Early on in therapy we will set goals of what you hope to achieve and then work collaboratively toward these goals with the aim of helping you achieve a well balanced and empowering life. Anthony has experience working with adults and young people with a range of needs and difficulties such as anxiety, anger and aggression, depression, and experiences of trauma and abuse. Anthony also has significant experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). Anthony’s approach adopts a number of different psychological modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Motivational Interviewing, and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). Anthony is also trained to facilitate the Triple P parenting programme (Level 4 Standard, Teen, and Stepping Stones).
