I am a nurse therapist and have worked within specialist mental health services for 17 years, both in New Zealand and the U.K. I have worked with a wide range of age groups including adults and also have extensive experience within the child and adolescent population. I love learning and updating my knowledge and skill base. I have trained in a number of treatment modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Role Theory and EMDR for trauma. I am also currently engaged in psychodrama psychotherapy training.
