Biography

I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years' experience working with adults with a range of life issues including stress/anxiety, depression, grief, overeating, OCD, insomnia and trauma. My compassionate and practical approach is combined with a wide knowledge of CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), as well as other therapies, which have been proven to help people make the changes they want. My background includes working as a Senior Clinical Psychologist across hospital, University and private health sectors as well as 13 years teaching within Massey University's Doctor of Clinical Psychology Programme.

Qualifications

MA(Hons,First Class); PGDipClinPsych; NZCCPsych.
