I provide a safe and non-judgmental space so you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely. Everyone’s therapy needs are different so I will work together with you to find out what your goals are for therapy and how you would like to move forward. I have a strong focus on building a safe and strong connection with my clients. We will work together so you can develop a better understanding of yourself and your thoughts and values, this will help towards building a better relationship with yourself and others. I am a trained counsellor and I use a range of modalities and tools to meet the needs of my clients. I am a client centered therapist which means I hold a lot of focus on the trust and rapport I build with my clients. I sit alongside my clients to help them navigate their journey. I may also include modalities such as CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), gestalt therapy, art therapy and strength-based approaches. This all depends on the needs of my client.
