I am a counsellor and mindfulness meditation teacher working on-line. I offer expertise in mindfulness, trauma, anxiety, meditation, women's psychology and spirituality. I offer a person-centred and strength-based approach, focusing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (Mindfulness CBT). In my years of counselling, mindfulness has proven to be powerful yet a gentle healing practice in supporting my clients to connect to their own sources of strength and healing.
