In our sessions, we will start by building a trusting relationship, then develop a shared understanding of what's going on and where you'd like to head. Together, we create a flexible plan, learning practical tools and strategies along the way. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), behavioural approaches, and emotion regulation tools to support meaningful, values-based change.
