Intro to Wellbeing

Mental health is something we all have, and just like physical health, it can change over time.

There will be times when we feel energised, connected, and coping well. There will also be times when life feels more challenging. Stress, change, illness, work pressures, relationships, and everyday demands can all affect where we sit on the wellbeing continuum.

At Clearhead, we believe support shouldn't only be available when someone is struggling. Building resilience, increasing self-awareness, strengthening relationships, and developing healthy habits are all important parts of maintaining wellbeing.

Watch the short video below to learn more about the wellbeing continuum and why understanding where you're at can help you take the next step toward better mental health and wellbeing.
