Over the years, I have been privileged to work with people aged 18 – elderly, in a variety of backgrounds and cultures, including Aboriginal individuals and groups, and have undertaken group sessions, training, mediation, wellness support, presentations, education, webinars and on-site crisis supports to individuals and groups, from staff to senior management in a variety of organisations. With 25 years of experience, I have supported individuals from all walks of life. I offer empathetic, insightful, and practical support, helping people navigate challenges, find solutions, and gain confidence in shaping their future. My goal is to be respectful and flexible to listen to the client’s needs carefully – they are the expert on their lives, and tailor my experience and skills to allow the client the best opportunity to action positive change to allow the best future outcome.
