I've practiced person-centred counselling since 1993 across a wide range of professional and personal circumstances. This means that our sessions consider the issue(s) that are most important and uppermost for you right now. In addition to general counselling, I also specialise in PeriMenopause and Menopause mental health and wellbeing. As a retired Military Chaplain other specialities include PTSD, trauma, grief/loss and separation. Difference, diversity, spirituality are always honoured and respected.
