As a counsellor I believe in connecting people with their own skills and knowledge of what makes their life satisfying and meaningful. I believe in building a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, and value the expertise people bring about their own lives. My practice is guided by Narrative and Solution-Focused ideas that see people as separate to their problems, who can focus on possibilities and can take action to live out their hopes for the future.
