
I am a registered psychologist with experience supporting adults and young people through anxiety, stress, burnout, low mood, health-related challenges and life transitions. My approach is warm, thoughtful and collaborative, with a focus on creating a supportive space where people feel comfortable to talk openly and better understand what they’re going through. I draw on evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, and compassion-focused therapy, tailored to each person’s individual needs.
