Biography
My name is Glenda Clementson and I have been a Counsellor/ Psychotherapist since 2009. I specialise in Addictions, Drug and Alcohol and many other relational areas for family, Couple and Individuals. I have found Focusing Therapy very useful in learning techniques for relaxation, listening by coming into the present moment, as 'the body remembers' (Eugene Gendlin). I have worked in Rehabilitation Centres, Charities, Government projects and private practice.
