I bring a deliberate focus of Positive Therapeutic Outcomes for each person. Together we Measure and Monitor both your desired goals/outcomes, as well as whether the sessions are actually helpful and feel right for you. My approach incorporates a systemic lens – as we are at the same time, unique individuals, whilst also part of and shaped by the broader environment we exist within. Life experiences contribute to forming patterns in our life for how we relate, communicate and behave – these patterns either positively or negatively impact your life and wellbeing. Depending on your specific therapy needs, we may consider how experiences have shaped the patterns in your life. We can then draw upon your strengths and values, as well as the helpful therapeutic insights and strategies gained in session, to make adjustments to past patterns. This can lead to positive changes in your relationships and your personal wellbeing.
