Since 2005 I have been offering face-to-face and Zoom counselling sessions primarily for couples in crisis. My passion is supporting them to own issues and not blame others for them. Communication starts with understand ourselves first, if we can't understand or identify with what we want, how can anyone else understand us. We need to take responsibility for our own thoughts, feelings & reactions & not expect the other person to manage them for us.
