Tania has worked as a Psychologist for more than 20 years. She has maintained a strong interest in understanding human behaviour, connecting with people and working alongside them to build autonomy and valued living. She has spent many years working in the area of adolescent and adult mental health providing individual therapy on a long-term basis as well as group programs. This has included working in the area of eating disorders, suicidality, self-harm, depression and anxiety. She also has experience working in domestic violence, child protection, residential facilities, child and family support services, ATSI communities and community development projects. Tania currently practices from a contextual behavioural science framework which includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and functional behavioural analysis. She has also done intensive training and delivery in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) both individually and in a group. She is currently focused on expanding her skills in Process Based Therapy (PBT).
