Biography

I first started counselling in 2010 and soon after started my bachelor of counselling. I counsel people of all ages from childhood to the elderly, individuals, couples, and families for a wide range of problems such as problems associated with depression and anxiety, stress management, relaxation techniques, relationship problems, grief and loss, parenting techniques, work problems, anger management. I use a mixture of counselling techniques from different therapies to support clients.
