Biography

Sarah (she/they) is a level 2 registered member of the Australian Counselling Association. Sarah is a person-centred therapist which is the foundation for her approach to counselling. She also has extensive training in mindfulness meditation and compassion focussed therapy. Sarah firmly believes that each person is an expert in their own life and they take the approach of ‘walking alongside’ their clients. Sarah has extensive experaince working with transgender, non binary and gender questioning adolescents and adults who are seeking affirming therapy support.
