Sally is a registered psychologist who has worked with clients experiencing a range of mental health and substance use challenges in the community, courts and prison. She began her career focused on domestic and family violence and this continues to be an issue she is passionate about. As a trauma informed clinician her aim is to create a safe, supportive and empowering environment for clients. Sally also works with individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, and problematic substance use. She uses a range of therapeutic approaches that includes cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) and mindfulness.
