Biography

Rochelle is a Masters-qualified Registered Counsellor, and a Level 2 accredited counsellor at the Australian Counselling Association (ACA). As a counsellor, she is passionate about enhancing the well-being of individuals and helping them lead flourishing lives at work, home, and in the community. Rochelle is holistic in her approach and uses an eclectic range of therapeutic practices, including Narrative, Art and Play, Storytelling, and Mindfulness. She focuses on client-led therapy and wants to partner with her clients so that clients can take back control of their lives.
