My practice is informed by the idea that we are happiest when we have meaningful connection to friends, family, nature & community. Most of what we experience as unhelpful behaviours & thinking are learned defence mechanisms we've developed to keep ourselves feeling safe. Understanding how to regulate your own nervous system, recognise triggers to our sense of safety and reframe the stories we tell ourselves about the world and our place in it is a great place to start.
