Biography

Using an individualised, person-centered and humanistic approach, I am a highly experienced counsellor who has worked with adults, adolescents and children. I have also worked extensively alongside people living with disability and am passionate about helping support carers and families with their sometimes challenging roles. I use a variety of therapeutic interventions to help those living with trauma, anxiety and depression achieve their goals, increase capacity for meaningful community participation, build better relationships, develop stronger social skills and more effectively manage changes and transitions.
