I work as an EAP Counsellor as well as within the Aged Care Sector. I work collaboratively with clients, striving to create a safe, friendly and supportive environment focusing on the needs of each individual client. I have qualifications in counselling. Training in Workplace Counselling, Grief and Loss, ACT Therapy and in particular Psychological Flexibility Training with Dr Kevin Polk as a certified Pro Social Matrix Facilitator. I have training and certification in trauma informed practice as well as training in Level 1 and 2 of Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy to enable me to deepen and expand client’s emotional wellbeing.
