Biography

I support individuals, couples, and families to gain new skills with coping better, and feeling more connected with family and friends. My practice models are based on solution-focused therapies, goal orientated, narrative and strength-based approaches. My counselling practice is grounded in the values of compassion, being non-judgemental, with a unique style that comes from a shared power with my clients allowing me to practice in a caring, intentional, and respectful nature.
