I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (PACFA 27291) specialising in working with high achievers facing stress, anxiety, burnout, grief and loss, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. As a qualified yoga and meditation teacher, these Eastern philosophies influence my work and support the present moment awareness practices we so often need, to nourish both mind and body. As a high achiever, you’re used to tackling challenges head-on. But right now, you may be feeling stuck, disenchanted with work, easily irritated, and exhausted. It can be hard to step out of this cycle on your own. I’ve been there. This is why I do what I do. As your coach and guide, I help you step back, gain clarity, and make a plan to move forward. I came to counselling after two decades of experience in high performing corporate teams and understand the pressures and culture that come with high-demand roles. I speak your language and see you in the scene you describe. I get it.
