Struggling with stress, crisis and trauma is something we all have to face. It’s just part of being human & that’s okay. The main thing is that when you need help I am here for you. I am a registered counsellor & clinical nurse. I have worked in health care for over 22 years. I love my work & seeing great outcomes for clients. I see people with all manner of issues and can work in with what ever you are struggling with. My speciality areas are trauma, relationships & stress management.
