Hi there. I see therapy as an opportunity to look at our inner world with curiosity. I'd like to provide you with tools for becoming aware of patterns that are not serving you, while working collaboratively towards filling your life with the things that make you feel good. Prior to becoming a therapist, I spent a lot of time studying various types of meditation and yoga while traveling the world. I draw from this experience in my practice and put an emphasis on connecting with the present. LGBTQIA+ and everyone under the sun welcome.
