Hi! I specialise in CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) and EMDR (eye movement desensitisation reprocessing). This type of therapy works really well for anxiety disorders, depression, phobias and trauma (PTSD) Often our difficulties can be the result of early traumatic or distressing experiences or maybe something has happened recently that you need help in addressing.
