Accredited Mental Health Social Worker who works with people with diagnosed mental illness as well as generalist counsellor working with people who simply need to talk to someone or wish to engage in the counselling process. My therapeutic modalities whilst including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) are eclectic in nature. I work with individuals, couples, children over the age of 4 and specialize in trauma counselling, couselling for those involved in domestic violence and grief and loss
