Lilian Rodan is a highly experienced counsellor who is extremely passionate about counselling and personal growth. Lilian specialises in grief, trauma, personal and family relationships, fertility issues and donor conception. Lilian deeply understands the benefits which can be gained from the counselling experience and supports clients of all ages across a wide range of presenting issues, couples included, to achieve this. Lilian’s philosophy is that everyone is unique and therefore requires individualised strategies in the counselling space. She practices a person-centred approach using various modalities which are tailored to you and your reasons for seeking counselling. Her extensive life experience has strengthened her ability to relate to others with empathy, compassion, and a genuine understanding of what it means to be human. Lilian believes in working with clients to help them connect with their authentic self. She will work with you to cultivate greater energy, clarity, and health and teach you skills that can be used to navigate life’s challenges. Incorporating a range of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, she uses an integrative therapy approach which allows her to tailor her approach to suit you and your specific needs.
