I am a strengths-based and interpersonal counsellor. This means I see you as the expert of your experience and our relationship is the basis for therapy. I use creative interventions to support clients with both everyday challenges and profound life difficulties. I am fascinated by the therapeutic process and bring curiousity and joy into my work. I place special emphasis on self-expression and bolstering your sense of self, as well as healing attachment wounds.
