Biography

My lived experience as an Autistic/ADHD/PDA individual is central to the core of who I am and has profoundly impacted my framework for practise as a Registered Counsellor. It has given me the permission to deeply root myself in neurodiverse affirmative counselling; a strengths based, non-pathologising therapy. Having worked as a Midwife for over 10yrs, I also consider infertility, bereavement, perinatal mental health and parenting issues a specialty. Couples & family counselling are also welcome
