I work from an Integrative model of Counselling which means that I work using several different models and theories which include - Creative, Person Centred, CBT, Brief Solution, Psychodynamic Cognitive to name but a few. I can also offer Employee Supervisory Support Online monthly sessions for Employers whose staff may work within the field of Trauma or similar fields. These sessions aim to provide a safe Confidential space for Employees to explore their feelings and experiences helping to reduce stress and possible fatigue.
