I am a compassionate and supportive humanistic counsellor/psychotherapist, offering individuals a safe and confidential space to process their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. With a holistic integrative approach, I focus on values, strengths, and purpose to tailor therapy to meet the unique needs of each client. I am trauma-informed and specialise in crisis counselling with experience working for 1800Respect. I hold a Master of Counselling degree and am registered with ACA Level 2.
