Jaya Narayan

Jaya is qualified in expressive arts therapist (AThr) with a specialisation in somatic therapy, Psychodrama (ABP) group process work. Her journey of adversity, grief, loss & marginalisation led me to uncover the creative intelligence of our brain & nervous system. She specialises in body-led expressive modalities that ground us in the tumultuous inner world and regulate us in the outer environment. She affirm all abilities, gender preferences, cultural identities and neurodivergence.
