I won't tell you what to do, but I will work alongside you & offer support & guidance to help you reach your goals. I may teach strategies, teach you about your brain & body, & how you can take charge of your own wellbeing. There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach, together we can decide what approach feels most comfortable and works best for you.
