Biography

I am a therapist specialising in relationship counselling (intimate partners, family members & workplace relationships). I have over 20 years combined experience in relationship counselling, wellbeing coaching, crisis support, corporate training and secondary and tertiary education. I draw on emotionally-focused, systems and relational foundations in my practice and strive to be culturally sensitive and non-judgemental. I like to build relationships with my clients that are collaborative, respectful and flexible. This enables me to fully understand their concerns and needs and respond in ways that acknowledge people's uniqueness, values, current context and cultural backgrounds.
