I provide counselling for young people, adults and families with presenting mental health concerns, grief and loss, trauma, racial identity, migration challenges and relationship and parenting difficulties. I specialise in supporting young people who experienced harm and abuse, ensuring fundamental safety for their well-being. I am also a cancer survivor who understands the challenges and the impact of life-threatening and chronic illnesses on individuals and their families. I am dedicated to supporting every client through my integrative counselling approach in their journey of self-love and hope. I am a PACFA clinical registrant and a Level 4 registered counsellor with the ACA, with a tertiary degree in counselling. I have over 10 years of counselling practice experience and other support roles in community services, domestic and family violence refuge and allied health settings. Along with my private practice, I also work in a therapeutic role for a non-profit organisation and an insurance workcover wellness program. I aim to provide a safe, nurturing, collaborative space and ensure comfort where you can feel relaxed and open to the therapy experience. I am passionate about empowering you to discover your strengths and explore the possibilities at your pace in reaching your best potential and growing towards positive change.
