
I am a registered counsellor with over ten years’ experience under my belt. I am fuelled by passion to develop unique ways of understanding how we think, what we feel and why we behave as we do. My style of counselling is called integrative, which means I tailor my practice to each individual client, and to their needs. My personal style is warm and engaging, and my aim is to provide you with a safe space where you can unpack your feelings and thoughts with support and work out healthy coping strategies so that you take back control of how you feel, and begin to feel more calm, more grounded and have more clarity. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I want you to know that is a strength.
