Senior Counsellor with over 10 years experience. Expertise in Mental Health, self-esteem, trauma, suicidation, family violence, grief and loss, family violence and relationship issues. She is eclectic and holisitc and uses a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focussed Therapy, and Narrative. She is also a member of the Australian Association of Bush Adventure Therapy.
