Hello, I'm Elizabeth - a Social Worker/Counsellor based in Beerwah, Sunshine Coast. I believe that we all have the capacity to grow and make changes, even though change can be difficult. Sometimes it can be a little easier when we have someone to walk alongside us to help recognise our uniqueness and strengths. I have a strong commitment to working from a client centred approach; I see individuals as the expert in their own life and never assume to know what is best for them.
