Biography

Hi! I'm Derek, an experienced counsellor with expertise in anxiety, depression, grief/loss, childhood abuse, anger, parenting and couple counselling. With a warm and non-judgmental approach, I help individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges. I lecture in counselling at the University of Notre Dame. As a person of faith I feel very comfortable working with faith if this is important to my clients. I am here to support you on your journey to a happier, more fulfilling life.
