Hello I am Delphine - clinical psychotherapist, counsellor and coach. My therapeutic approach is not necessarily about ‘fixing something that is broken’, rather attending to how the language of the psyche and body manifest into our daily lives. By attending to our inner relationship we are able to gain insight into the internal dynamics that determine our thoughts, moods and behaviours, with ourselves and others. I will work with you to better understand your conscious and unconscious patterns that may be disrupting your present experience.
