Life is a bit like a rollercoaster - you feel both the highs and the lows and the longer you live the more you will experience moments of despair making it hard to be happy for long. My counselling approach is individually tailored to address your needs so that you can achieve your goals more effectively. The training I have undertaken is solution-focused and client based and I have specific training in couples counselling that is suited to all couples and helps to resolve issues quickly!
