What I can offer is the tools and guidance to allow you to tell your story, and take the next steps in your journey to living a life you find value in. I like to use ACT, DBT, CBT and Schema therapy, but that’s just a whole heap of fancy words, to say that I practice with evidence based therapies, in an authentic and real way; to make you feel seen, heard and important.
