
As a psychologist and yoga and meditation teacher, I support clients to navigate the stresses, changes, and challenges that can arise throughout life. I offer a compassionate, individualised approach that blends evidence-based psychological therapy with holistic, body–mind practices. With over ten years’ experience as a registered psychologist, I draw on approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Where helpful, I also integrate gentle mindfulness- and yoga-informed practices to support nervous system regulation and emotional health.
