I focus on mental and emotional wellbeing, supporting adults and teens through stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, body image, ADHD, bereavement, perinatal loss, illness and eco-distress. I work with clients from a diversity of cultural, religious and other backgrounds, including First Nations peoples and Migrants. I offer ACA, PACFA and AASW recognised clinical supervision and reflective supervision for health professionals. I am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Provider. I work with clients to alleviate work-place stress and prevent burnout through individual/group counselling and workplace or community workshops. I use a person-centred, strengths-based, compassion-focussed approach to empower clients to find solutions that work for them and guide them towards greater choice, self-acceptance, self-compassion and peace of mind. I am a recognised provider with 13 different health funds, enabling clients to claim benefits.
