Counsellor
Specialised support for
Manager Support, Parenting, Workplace Issues

I’m a counsellor who values listening carefully, creating emotional safety, and working with people at a pace that feels right for them. My approach is calm, compassionate, and steady, with a focus on helping people make sense of what’s happening for them and find a way forward that feels manageable. I bring formal training in counselling and psychology, along with experience supporting people through a range of life challenges, including relationship difficulties, stress, loss, and periods of transition. I work in a collaborative and grounded way, offering clear expectations and a consistent framework so people know what to expect when they come to counselling. Like many people, I’ve also navigated my own challenges and transitions in life. These experiences have shaped how deeply I value being heard, understood, and supported without judgement. They inform my commitment to creating a space where people can speak openly, feel respected, and explore what matters most to them. My role is not to tell you what to do or rush you toward solutions, but to walk alongside you — helping to break things down, notice strengths and options, and support you to move forward in ways that fit your values, circumstances, and priorities.
