I’m Anne, a counsellor who values listening carefully, creating emotional safety, and working with people at a pace that feels right for them. My approach is calm, compassionate, and collaborative. I provide a supportive space where you can take time to understand what’s happening, explore what matters most, and make sense of the challenges you’re facing. Together, we can identify your strengths, consider new perspectives, and find practical steps towards a way forward that feels manageable. I bring experience across health, workplace wellbeing, and counselling, with more than 15 years supporting people through personal and professional challenges. My background in workplace wellbeing, psychology, counselling, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) allows me to understand the many ways our mental health, relationships, work, and life experiences can intersect. I support adults navigating challenges including anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, life transitions, workplace concerns, and women’s health. I also provide clinical and professional supervision for counsellors, allied health professionals, and others working in people-focused roles. If you’re considering counselling or supervision, finding the right person to work with matters. I offer a calm and thoughtful space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to take the next step.
