I am a trained couple and family counselling, having worked with individuals, couples and families to help them to actualise their life's dream. I love to assist clients to learn some strategies on how to communicate more effectively, through learning new skills in active listening, involving learning to hear, listen and validate the other. This also allows conflicts in their lives to be resolved.
